What can you expect as part of our recruitment experience?
We review your CV & Cover Letter
We're keen to understand your experience - and why you'd be a great fit for our Host role.
Video questions
If you're through to the next stage, we'll send you a few questions to answer via video.
This is a role that involves informing, entertaining and inspiring people from all around the world - so while we know it can be nerve-wracking, it's the best way we can get a feel for your presentation style. (Plus, the questions we ask are fun, we promise!)
A group interview
We'll invite the candidates with a presentation style that complements our tours to a group interview.
These aren't your traditional interviews - you'll get to meet our crew leaders and present on a few topics in a group setting. That way, we'll get a real understanding of how you might go hosting a tour.
We get great feedback from candidates saying they enjoy this a LOT more than a traditional interview...
A few more questions
...but we still have to find out more about your experience and how it relates to being one of our Hosts, so you'll get asked a few questions in a personal interview while you're there.
Background checks
If we think you'd make a great host, then we do our background checks (reference checks, police vettting and visa checks if applicable)... and if all goes well then it's time to offer you the role!
Training and induction
Once you're signed up, we'll get you fully trained... ready to guide our tours and unleash your creativity.
